Private Household Management

For ten years, I worked as a professional nanny in private, high-trust households. In that time, I had a front-row seat to something most families don't talk about openly: even the most organized, intentional homes were stretched thin , not for lack of care, but for lack of time.

These were families who valued order. Who wanted a calm, well-run home. But careers, children, and the constant pace of daily life made it nearly impossible to hold every detail themselves.

I founded Colato Compass Solutions to be the steady presence those families were missing.

What I've learned over the years is that the polished home is really the result, the peace of mind is the real value. Clients tell me the visible order is lovely, but what they feel first, and value most, is no longer carrying the weight of remembering, managing, and tracking everything happening at home.

That mental relief is what I've built this practice around. I work with a small, considered group of households at a time, because the kind of trust, discretion, and consistency this work requires can only be offered to a few.
